Refund Policy

Overview

At Landpger, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our service delivers AI-generated digital content that is consumed on creation, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the rules below.

$1 Trial

The $1 trial is a one-time, non-refundable payment. It gives you 8 credits to test the full platform at minimal cost. Because the entry price is intentionally low and credits are made available immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds on trial purchases.

Monthly Subscriptions

• No credits used: If you subscribed and have not used any credits, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment.
• Credits used: Once credits have been consumed, the subscription payment is non-refundable for that billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. No future charges will be made. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Credit Topups

• Used credits: Credits that have been consumed to generate content are non-refundable.
• Unused credits: If you purchased a topup pack and have not used any of those credits, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Technical Failures

If our platform fails to deliver generated content due to a technical error on our side (e.g., AI generation failure, server error) and credits were deducted, we will restore those credits to your account automatically or upon request. This is not a cash refund — credits are returned to your balance for you to retry.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our contact page or email us directly. Please include:

• Your registered email address
• The date of purchase
• The reason for your request

We respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
